New litle crazy right

When you live in a island ther s always a secret spot to surf. This one is almost no stranger for some locals but for must of the turist. I start to surf this year but is really close to the rocks. I only can say that is not far from Sanjuan,where the prime asp contest is. Be lucky to find! Chus Carvajal local photographer always there!

Competition or new spots???

Just between 2 contest now,Scotland and Vendee and my mind remind all those session that i made with friends this year and at new spots. This one, somewhere in Lanzarote was one day that waves were perfect,clean and only couple guys in the water.Went wit locals boys Manuel Lezcano and marquito. I will post some other secrets shots soon!

Scotland:honeymoon and slab surf

My honeymoon days looks like a cream hair feedbacks session betwin my bro that came with us here,Adrien Toyon. Him and my wife are all day talking about their hair. We got him at Edinburg and after drive 6 hours at this bad Scotish road we arrived at Thurso. Next morning Adrien made his heat and at the afternoon we went check this spot that my friend Andrew Cotton told me. Probily was a secret spot,but after a couple minutes checking many many guys came to chcek,so is more a new spot than a secret now. Adrien was tired and he shoted this photo with a normal camera from the rocks.but you could see how close from the rocks is. Hope we make as many heats we can and with a big swell coming for the weekend,maybe anouther slab in mind!!!

Marquito for me is like a pure island crazy charger.Lke those guys at Hawaii that doesn´t know how to surf as a pro-surfers ,but when the big day comes,they are more calm and charging as anyone or more.
